Dutyfreedepot is a legitimate tax free store bound to and by Israeli Customs.
Last year Customs' relocated. Consequentially, our company had to relocate as well to apply with their regulations. This move froze our entire operation to the point where we were unable to serve our customers.
We are back now and for the last couple of months we have been trying to gain your trust and confidence the second time around. We will continue to do so in the future. That is a guarantee. Anyone who ever got mistreated by Dutyfreedepot is welcome to contact me in person. I will do all within my powers to compensate and serve you as you should have been served all along.

DutyFreeDepot is a fraud! They sent me something completely different from what they advertised on their web site. I paid over $200 for Dunhill International Cigarettes as specifically pictured on their web site. The cigarettes they sent me were in completely different boxes and the cigarettes were different then the Dunhill Internationals that come in the box represented on their site. On each pack is horrible anti smoking propaganda in huge letters. This is not what I ordered. They will not respond to my numerous calls and emails. Companies like this ruin the Internet for honest people!

I've made some purchase from dutyfreedepot.com. Unfortunately, some of my orders were blocked and got sent back. It has been already more than 6 months and I still haven't get back my money back as promised by the website administrator. There were no reply from the website at all despite thousands of mails that I've sent. It is a scam website.
